After learning and practicing Tai-Chi in your class, my blood pressure & LDL (bad cholesterol) was under control near normal condition. Tai-Chi also reduced office stress during lunch break, learning and practicing in my employer's facility. Studies also show: "Tai-Chi can reduce/control "blood sugar" for diabetics.
