King's Saturday Classes
Saturday Class Schedule
Chinese Wand -
8 am to 9 am - safe,
effective, and fun way to start your morning. It is a relaxing,
invigorating and enjoyable exercise and health system that is
appropriate for anyone. Developed from ancient Chinese wisdom about
health, the wand helps to balance bodily functions and internal energy
as it improves blood circulation, posture, muscle strength and tone,
maintain joint suppleness, cardiovascular fitness, and more. Students
will use a 4 foot stick to exercise. Sticks/Chinese Wands
available for purchase in class if you do not have one.

Classes are $8 per 1 hour class.
Kung Fu - 9 am to 10:30 am - This is a satisfying way to workout and relieve the frustrations, stresses and anxieties of life. As you get in shape, have fun and relieve stress you will also gain valuable self defense skills in our Kung-Fu class. You can enjoy these benefits by starting class right away.
Classes are $12 per 1.5 hour class

We are not necessarily about having big classes, students are taught individually and so classes are kept small.
