How do I receive messages?
When you sign up you can choose to receive messages posted to the group in one of three ways:

1. Individual email: you will receive a copy of each post to the newsgroup in your email,
2. Daily Digest: at the end of the day you will receive one email with all the day's posts,
3. Web only: you will not receive any email, you have to come to this website to read posts.

You set your preference in the screen you see after you log in at egroups.com.

How do I send messages?

How do I complain about unappropriate material posted to the website?
The egroup is unmoderated and thus posts go directly to the group. We are attempting to control the content of the site by screening it's members. If unappropriate material does appear and the site then email Sifu Mieir-King and the material will be reviewed. Posting of unappropriate material will result in expulsion from the list.
